How the planning of lessons is that secondary teachers do?
I intend to mathematics education next year, and my girlfriend (a major of elementary education) said I need to spend hours planning each stage of my lessons. As a large company, I wonder why not just buy a book with lesson plans already written (rather than reinventing the years peel after year) and adjust if necessary. Is this allowed? High teachers of mathematics schools to produce original lesson plans? Why? Especially since the math does not change exactly in the year many years, So why write lesson plans instead of buy?
I help several of my teachers and I can tell you sometimes they do things as they go. As for mathematics teachers, lesson plans they use are fundamentally teach what the manual says. Your girlfriend can not Understandin give you a proper lesson planning. Think about how different high school aged boy from a student of fifth. They learn differently, and they are less mature. So yes, it needs to prepare his lessons obsessivly because she has children more difficult to work. As a High School Math Teacher, you have a textbook assigned to each class. The units in each textbook are generally designed for flows and building on what students have learned in previous units. All you need do is understand about yourself, find the easiest way to teach and prepare either a worksheet or a selection of problems for students to learn outside text book. Then allow time for students to get started on homework, they do not understand something you can see them and work with them because they are personal needs. The most complicated thing you might need to do is prepare for quizzes and tests, and the things I've seen are: Quizzes and Answer selected by the homework to prove that you did a handful of problems similar to the XEROX-textbook-selection tests problems that the whole class or many students had problems with and throw them back in-A list of problems that werent in the selection of homework but cover the same ideas to Xerox's text book. Math teachers have it easy. The lesson plan is the book text and units within it. Teaching one unit at a time, one section at a time, do a quiz or two a day of examination and testing. If it does not show you enough, my period of 5 teachers are using my old math teacher and often write me lessons myself, and teach students first year for him while he runs around cleaning since I still know the material.
