How would you show this conversion in math?

Ok, so when I want to translate a few seconds to minutes or days or anything, I just use a calculator for Google, but how would you show the conversion factors for this: make sure 7685.33 seconds is 2 hours and 8 minutes 5.93 seconds For example, how do you get 7685.33 seconds in 2 hours, 8 minutes, 5.93 seconds? As I get 7685.33 seconds 2.1348 hours, but I do not know not how to go further than that … Please help! Thank you:)
